Roofing Workmanship Warranty
Preman Roofing-Solar offers a variety of standard workmanship warranties. This workmanship warranty means that we back up our work for the entire length of said workmanship warranty. Any roof leak repairs, issues, or defects due to substandard workmanship will be reworked or replaced at no cost to the homeowner in a timely fashion.
NDL Warranties
We also offer NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranties for specific projects. These NDL warranties leave us, as the contractor, responsible for the roofing system for the first two years. After the second year, the manufacturer assumes full responsibility for labor and materials with a no dollar limit for repairs or re-roofs due to installation or material defects for the entire duration of the warranty.
These NDL warranties can only be offered and enforced by select pre-approved contractors that have been recognized by the manufacturer. At Preman Roofing-Solar, we have this certification and can offer NDL warranty certificates for all low slope roofing applications.
